As a Hospitality Curator, I thrive on blending creativity, adventure, and thoughtful design to craft unforgettable guest experiences. Whether it’s recommending the best local food spots and hikes or designing a vacation rental that stands out, I put my heart into everything I do.
I call North Georgia home, where I live with my husband, two dogs, Harper and Bud, and my two cats. My tropical plant collection of 75+ gives my space a lush, welcoming vibe, and I bring that same energy to the properties I manage and design.
I’m half Swedish (hej!) and a lover of food, travel, hiking, and yoga. Currently, I’m also tackling the delightful chaos of building out a skoolie—a project that reflects my love for adventure and DIY creativity.

What services do you offer as a cohost?I provide comprehensive cohosting services to make managing your short-term rental hassle-free. This includes guest communication, booking management, calendar optimization, coordinating cleanings, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring a five-star guest experience.

How involved will I need to be as a property owner?That’s entirely up to you! I can handle everything, allowing you to be completely hands-off, or I can keep you involved in the decision-making process. My goal is to tailor my services to fit your needs and comfort level.

How is pricing determined for your services?Cohosting services range from 15-25% of your rental revenue, depending on the scope of services required. Send us an email to get an exact quote for your property! Design services vary depending on the project. I offer full design, refreshes on already furnished spaces, virtual or in person designs. (And don't forget, we do installs too!)
