Hi, I’m Sara — the founder of Sweet Stays Vacation Rental Management & Design.
What started nearly five years ago with hosting a single property has grown into a full-service business built around one mission: turning spaces into unforgettable stays. I specialize in short-term rental hosting, design, and setup services that not only elevate guest experiences but also maximize returns for property owners.
With a background in hospitality, interior design, and customer service, I bring a hands-on, heart-led approach to everything I do. Whether it’s managing guest communications, designing a vacation rental based on market data or consulting with owners on strategy and setup, I treat each property like it’s my own.
From cozy cabins in the mountains to family-friendly beach getaways, I’ve helped transform and manage dozens of homes with a focus on thoughtful design, streamlined operations, and five-star hosting. What services do you offer as a cohost?I provide comprehensive cohosting services to make hosting your short-term rental hassle-free. This includes guest communication, booking management, calendar optimization, coordinating cleanings, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring a five-star guest experience.

How involved will I need to be as a property owner?That’s entirely up to you! I can handle everything, allowing you to be completely hands-off, or I can keep you involved in the decision-making process. My goal is to tailor my services to fit your needs and comfort level.

How is pricing determined for your services?Cohosting services range from 15-25% of your rental revenue or at a flat fee, depending on the scope of services required and your location. Send us an email to get an exact quote for your property! Design services vary depending on the project. I offer full design, refreshes on already furnished spaces, virtual or in person designs. (And don't forget, we do installs too!)
